Last night I went to dinner with two of my high school friends. Guess how long its been since I've seen them ... 7 years!! Whoa! And yet we sat there and talked, had a drink and some delicious food like not a day had gone bye. It's funny how with good friends nothing seems to skip a beat no matter how much time passes. We got caught up on each other lives, family, boyfriends/fiances/husbands. I had such a great time and I'm so happy to be "home" and realize I do still have friends out there! I'm sure this summer once we are all settled in then we'll have a pool party or a summer BBQ and everyone can meet "my husband". haha... It's funny that after 7 years we're married, getting married, working (or not working), finishing school, and just so much more grown up! Sure we'll still gossip about who's gotten fat and who's getting married, and a few random high school stories but def. life has changed and as 10:00 pm rolled around we called it a night :) So here's to good times and more good times to come!
My high heels had me towering over everyone so I was trying to look like less of a giant :)
