Yes that's snow!

My mom's green thumb ...

My mom has the ultimate green thumb! When I gave her a pouch of wild flowers that I got as a wedding favor I never would have guessed she would have just tossed them in her garden and sprouted these huge sunflowers. But she did! Why? ... green thumb. Hopefully one day I will inherit that myself, but for now I'll stick to plants that won't die ... like weeds. :)

Horse Show

Last Saturday night, mom, phil, and I went to the horse show in Wellington. Mom got "VIP" tickets to the blue ribbon room which meant food and drinks and good seats! Score!! Phil tagged along for the ride for his first Wellington Horse Show experience. It was really fun and we saw some really good jumpers. I also ate way too many cookies :)
